Prior to joining BeamReaders in May 2024, Ker served as a Quality Assurance Specialist. In this position he listened to call recordings, utilized checklists for assessment, and supported the manager in sales and customer service oversight. Ker also served as a dental assistant where he answered phones and scheduled patients.
Outside of work, he enjoys engaging in activities like walking, running, and playing volleyball.
